Based on our experience, QAS has its own library of reports, including those you have inquired about. However, if your report requires a specific format, QAS will support generating the report as long as the necessary data is available.
Currently, QAS software has a system for sending various types of SMS, email, and Zalo campaigns to patient groups as desired by the clinic. However, for more complex campaigns, QAS and the clinic need to survey and work together to find the optimal solution.
For data transfer between old and new systems, QAS's implementation and data teams will work with the customer's IT department to determine the workload. QAS aims to transfer data from the old system to the QAS system in the most optimal way.
If you set up one examination table, we will consider it as one examination table. If you set up 2-3 examination tables, we will calculate it as 2-3 examination tables based on your actual setup. We charge based on the number of examination tables, not the number of users or injection tables. You might have one examination table before injections and 3-4 injection tables, but we still charge based on one examination table.
The software provides a package of commonly used APIs based on past experience with third parties. However, for cases requiring specific connections, QAS will discuss and plan with partners to determine the volume, cost, and implementation plan.
Phase 1 (5-8 days): System setup including data configuration, data transfer from the old system, and third-party connections.
Phase 2 (2-4 days): Training for users on different modules of the system.
The implementation time may vary depending on the availability of data from the clinic and the actual workload.
